We are very excited to offer Reclaim, a workshop that invites you to discover the powerful connection between ancient Ayuvedic technologies and the principles of Yoga. In this workshop we will seamlessly combine movement with Himalayan breathwork and Kriya practices to take you on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
For those unfamiliar, Kriyas are Ayuvedic techniques used to purify the body and mind, enhance energy flow and deepen self awareness. These practices combine movement, breath control, mudras, meditation and sound to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being. There are many different Kriyas and specific sequences target different aspects of the self, fostering a profound sense of connection and inner peace.
The workshop will finish with dropping into deep Yin poses to allow you to fully integrate this powerful practice.
