Barney Mercer is a qualified Master Breath and Movement Coach specialising in helping people find their way back into their bodies, recognise their nervous states and alter them appropriately. After suffering for decades with anxiety, panic and chronic pain, Barney went on a self healing mission, realising that no one else was going to come and do it for him. He now uses his experiences and learnings to guide in this process, encouraging others to delve into this practice that can truly transform: "Once you master being you, truly feeling into your body and being at one with it, then you can learn to love yourself and others, and live a peaceful life."
