Whilst my initial interest in yoga was more around the physical benefits it brought into my life, my passion for yoga now centres around the internal aspects of the practice and I am incredibly grateful to be able to share this passion with others through teaching.
My classes incorporate a mix of strengthening, opening, and mobility work, with the goal of keeping breath at the centre of the practice. I believe by bringing steadiness and openness into the body, we create space for stillness in the mind. I hope you leave feeling like you have not only connected with your body but also with a place of stillness within.

Yoga is not just a career to me - it is a way of life. I discovered Yoga in my early twenties and practicing yoga has helped me grow in ways I never thought possible. Now, as a Yoga Teacher I share the passion that movement is therapy for our body and meditation is medicine for our mind.
I have teaching experience and training in Vinyasa, Slow flow, Yin Yoga, as well as Meditation. My class style is mindful, spacious, and grounding; and combines strength and mobility in a dynamic flow sequence. I teach with an energetic rhythm, a purposeful sequence, and mindful movement. Students complete my class with a deep connection between the body and breath. Look forward to practising with you on the mat!

The practice of yoga has been a constant in my life since my late teens. After a childhood of gymnastics and dance, I was naturally drawn to this holistic movement practice. Throughout my 20s, as I travelled around the world, I explored yoga, meditation, and philosophy in various countries, eventually completing my 350-hour Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching in 2017.
I aim to integrate my professional knowledge as an Occupational Therapist with the transformative power of yoga to share a holistic approach to wellness. Yoga is an integral part of my life, helping me stay centred, calm, and grounded. My classes seek to cultivate these same qualities in my students, holding space to support them in unlocking their own innate wisdom. By focusing on mindful movement and breathwork, I guide students to focus less on what the poses look like from the outside and more on what they feel like from the inside, encouraging them to move from a place of trust and connection.
Yoga is a process of continued learning, and I love the never-ending layers and opportunities it presents to go deeper. Let’s come to our mats, meet each other where we are at, and go from there!

I teach yoga to share the alignment and connection it’s brought me for over 15 years of practice. It’s been a constant through life’s complexities.
Every class you learn something valuable, be it about yourself, your practice, or the community you flow with. My classes let you enjoy flowing with your tribe. Expect thorough warmups to start the energy flow, dynamic flows to engage your mind and body, and blissful wind downs to remind your spirit why you love your practice and protect the space you make for it.

Fai Mos
Fai’s classes are both Flow and Yin, opening and soothing the body at the core of each classes. Fai believes that wellness comes from the body and that the way we are internally has a direct impact on how we experience the world. Our mind-body connection can be trained and strengthened and it starts on the mat: each pose connects us to parts of ourselves we seldom access in our modern lives. Every class, a commitment to our wellbeing, every movement getting us one step closer to transforming our perception of ourselves and everything else. Yoga gives us a framework to live lighter, more open and to move through life with grace.
Fai, is a British Australian who loves to travel, write and create art through abstract photography. Fai uses Yoga to strengthen her own mind body connection, this led her to YTT in early 2024, she is humbled to be part of your self discovery journey.

My yoga practice started out with just me, my cat, a mat and YouTube videos at home where I discovered the power of being truly present. I re-connected to a part of myself that I had lost and cultivated unconditional love and acceptance of Self which sparked my calling to share yoga with others.
Yoga for me goes far beyond the mat and the shapes we make with our bodies. Yoga is a state of being and the way we show up in the world. I believe everyone can practice yoga and it doesn’t always have to be about flexibility or being able to do a headstand… I’m still working on that one myself.
I come to my classes with an intention to guide from my heart and to empower each and every person to discover how they can best support themselves and to move from that place. As a result of learning the importance of trauma informed yoga I teach in a way that is supportive, relaxed and spacious.
I encourage people to focus less on what it looks like and more about how it feels, dropping out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body. An emphasis on mindful movement improves our ability to be present, gives our brain a break from all the chatter, sharpens focus and can allow for the uniting of our mind, body and soul with a felt sense of peace and wellbeing.
We may go to the gym for our workOUT but how about coming to a yoga class to work IN ?

Barbara Fitzpatrick-Haddy
My yoga journey started in my early 20s and from my first class I was hooked. My practice has been a constant support during life’s changes and transitions during a corporate career and later to motherhood. After stepping away from my corporate career I followed my passion to become a Yoga teacher, and have since trained and taught in various disciplines and styles, with a specific interest and specialisation in Yoga for Women, Yoga for Children (including children with neurodiversity), Restorative Yoga and Accessible Yoga. I believe that Yoga should meet and support the student where they are at in life, as opposed to the student having to meet the Yoga. My intention is always to provide an accessible, inclusive and supportive environment for students to grow and deepen their practice, connect with their sense of self and take time for their own precious self-care and nourishment.
I am currently completing my tertiary studies in the area of ageing and dementia. When not in a Yoga pose I enjoy being in nature, swimming in the ocean, hanging with family, two cheeky dogs and a cat and getting creative by oil painting and writing.

Before yoga became a significant part of my life, I was angry, irritable, dissatisfied and I had no idea why. Yoga taught me about the importance of presence. I have become more self-aware of my mind and body, but also of the language I use towards myself and others. It’s amazing what you can learn on the mat that can add more richness to your life. I find myself becoming more comfortable in stillness and quiet - just being. How could I not want to share that with others!?
With 8 years teaching experience in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Post Natal, and Yoga Nidra, I specialise in Kids Yoga.
Many people (myself included) wish they were introduced to yoga at a much younger age. I have seen amazing progress in children as young as 3 - shyness shifting into soaring confidence, rapid improvements in balance, coordination, and watching them experience stillness and awareness. All this makes teaching yoga to kids an absolute joy.
Now with my own little one, I am practicing presence, breathing and patience daily and am loving sharing what I've learned with him.

My teaching style is:
Attentive, Nourishing, Honest.
My Yoga Aha! moment was:
Yoga has taught me how to appreciate each moment, slowing down and finding time to enjoy simple moments in each day. In doing so I have become more attentive at listening to the body's wisdom and subtle language, knowing when to give "my all" and when to be quiet and still. These days there is nothing more enjoyable for me, than the indulgence of taking time to be kind to myself.

The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.
