  • Flow Yoga

    60-minute class

    Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that works to increase strength, flexibility and overall mobility. It encourages linking mindful breath to conscious movement. Whilst this class is often (though not always!) more energetic and flowing, there are always variations and modifications offered to support all levels of students so everybody is welcome, including beginners.

    Yin Yoga

    60-minute class

    Yin Yoga is a slower practice invoking more moments of stillness and release. It involves holding usually floor-based poses for longer periods, up to 5 minutes per pose. It focuses on lengthening and opening the body, by working on fascia and ligaments. These classes also invoke more stillness and incorporate a focus on mindfulness and breath. An invitation to slow down and let go, often towards the later part of the day.

  • Restorative Yoga

    75-minute class

    The use of yoga props in this class will allow you to create poses of ease and comfort, encouraging deep rest. At its core the practice focuses on restorative poses beneficial to our nervous system. It is an inclusive and gentle practice open to all levels of yoga experience, ages and abilities. As its name suggests, this class will restore you to yourself in every sense. Restorative Yoga Classes are 75 minutes in duration.

  • Accessible Yoga

    60-minute class

    Accessible Yoga classes incorporate props (chairs, blocks & straps) to adapt yoga poses for your specific needs. Highly personalised, this class challenges the idea that you need to be flexible, a certain age, or able bodied to practice yoga. This class is for ALL students (including experienced yogis wanting to explore new ways of deepening poses.) The use of props will encourage you to adapt yoga poses for your specific needs.

  • Slow Flow / Yin

    60-minute class

    A combination of a slower paced Flow Yoga that also incorporates longer Yin-style poses. Perfect for those wanting a gentler practice. Whilst a great option for beginners, this class is also great for those with more experience who may wish for a slower practice or the opportunity to go a little deeper into poses (and their practice).

  • Meditation

    45-minute class

    This class will begin with a brief introductory chat each week, creating a supportive and welcoming environment, before transitioning into a deeply relaxing guided meditation. Whether you are new to meditation, or have some experience, everyone is welcome in this class. This is a must-attend for those seeking to nurture their wellbeing, manage stress and bring mindfulness and balance into their life. Come and discover the transformative power of meditation.
