  • Come along to our free workshop & educate yourself on the basics of the 6 HealthTypes (limited numbers per workshop, see times below)

  • Put your mind back together (after it’s been blown apart) & get a profile, which reveals your very unique & individual health type, including:

    • What specific foods will fuel your body & genes right now & which ones to avoid

    • The best times & types of exercise to see results

    • What social environments will support you

    • An insight into how your mind works (what motivates you etc)
