Autumn Yin Immersion

Drawing upon the practices of yin, mindfulness & restorative yoga, Taryn will gently guide every part of you to relax & receive space: mind & tootsies included.

Autumn is the season to nourish our Lung & large intestine (the colon) energy. This energy is all about receiving what we need and letting go of what we don’t (think of trees dropping their leaves). The Lung energy is responsible for a healthy immune system, which is important when moving towards Winter.
