Drawing upon the practices of mindfulness, yin & restorative yoga. Join us for this replenishing end of winter immersion.

Shake off your sharp icicles & explore the benefits of being led into stillness & space. You’ll receive the benefits of this restorative practice in both your body & mind. This immersion will end with a guided meditation to leave you feeling deeply rested & calm. (mmm yummy)

The use of props to support the body makes this workshop safe, accessible and suitable to any age or body type. Complete beginners, as well as experienced students will benefit from this workshop. Pyjamas are definitely allowed.
