With a background in exercise physiology, majoring in metabolic function. Zach has always had an interest in what ‘healthy’ means. Originally landing on his mat to repair his injury prone body, he soon discovered that functional movement is only one part of the big picture. Recognising that movement isn’t enough, he’s created three Kozen pillars.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO A TYPICAL 28 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE?
This is an education program rather than just a Yoga challenge. We’ll explore how these three key pillars all work together to support a healthy & happy you.

Includes unlimited yoga membership
We encourage 4 classes a week but with an unlimited membership you’re welcome to unroll your mat every day! The more you practice the better value it is 😉

  • Education on nutrition
    • No fads, quick diets, cleanses-we promise. What you will learn will support you in making healthy choices when it comes to food for the rest of your life. We’ll explore how important gut health actually is & what is stopping you from losing excess weight or maintaining your ideal weight.
  • Education on managing stress
    • The detrimental impact stress causes.
    • Learn simple ways to destress, be present & enjoy life
  • Support
    • We know it’s not easy to make changes so we’re here for you. Whenever you need us, with however many questions you have. We got you!

  • Weekly Wednesday meetings
    • Hawthorn | 7:45pm -8:45pm for the month of February

 

  • Sunday workshops
    • Alternating between both studios | 1pm – 3pm
      • February 5 – Nutrition (Hawthorn)
      • February 12 – Mindfulness (Ashburton)
      • February 19 – Movement (correct yoga alignment & functional movement) (Hawthorn)
      • February 26 – Review (Ashburton)
