You know that feeling when you’re stressed, tired, maybe a little exhausted and all you want to do is crawl into bed and get a good night sleep… But, your mind is so loud, turning over events, reliving decisions you’ve made or perhaps ones you’re about to. No matter how good your intentions, you just can’t seem to find sleep.
Try this technique for a few moments and maybe you’ll find what you’ve been looking for.
Place one hand on your forehead and the other on the side of the body at the 11th rib (left-hand side, last rib you can feel).
Pause here and breath naturally.
The forehead is an emotional release point for the mind and the 11th rib will help to calm the adrenals.
